1-crop and join parts into a new segment. 2- can also have option to add subtitle. 3-hide a specific part from down just like hiding a subtitle from encoded video. 4- It should show the output size.

Have an option to record audio or video seperately / alone

Some people might just want parts of just the video (for making clip video's) and some might just want audio (to extract sound clips)

Add User Interface to select movie from the DVD video the same as you would play it. You wouldn't have to guess which video to rip.

Using the DVD video menu eliminates guess work for the user.

convert SWF files to other formats EASILY. FLV and other web downloads are catered for well, but not raw SWF.

Most videos and clips download from the web as SWF files. There are few players for raw SWF and all are of poor performance

How about saving movie to 'The Cloud' or a website that can hold favorite movies just in case if you lose the actual disc in a fire or the computer crashes and you lose all movies saved on the computer.

Make it register and work properly for all users when installed from an administrative account

On XP, I installed as Admin, tried to run as a user, but then it needs registering again. Come on, this is just good practice.

I'd love to have the option of making dual-audio rips. And exporting subs to .srt. And a kite. :)

Avidemux allows you to specify an audio track, export that (ac3) file, and then add it back later as a second audio track. It's kind of a clunky process, though, and it'd be great if WinX had a similar feature but maybe a bit more automated. And...
