I'd love to have the option of making dual-audio rips. And exporting subs to .srt. And a kite. :)

Avidemux allows you to specify an audio track, export that (ac3) file, and then add it back later as a second audio track. It's kind of a clunky process, though, and it'd be great if WinX had a similar feature but maybe a bit more automated. And I don't really want a kite. :)
